Gary Winnick

Gary Winnick, Founder and Chairman of the Board

Mr. Winnick is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Capital Group, a diversified private investment firm founded in 1985 in Beverly Hills, California. Through Pacific Capital Group, Mr. Winnick has sourced in excess of $100 billion to fund corporate cutting edge technologies and business altering information technologies. Gary Winnick provides authoritative decisive counsel and investment capital for mergers, acquisitions and restructurings over a wide spectrum of business. Mr. Winnick was the Founder and Chairman of Global Crossing. They laid the first integrated fiber optic cable network, a 130,000-mile global IP-based system which crossed the Atlantic and linked extensive international networks. Mr. Winnick serves on the boards of the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) and the Simon Wiesenthal Center and he is also a recipient of the Wiesenthal Center’s Humanitarian Laureate Award. He is a patron of universities, medical research, libraries, international literacy endeavors, the arts and humanitarian projects.
 

John C. Cushman III, Co-Chairman of the Board

Mr. Cushman is Chairman of Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services firm, and is responsible for formulating and articulating strategic policies and initiatives for Cushman & Wakefield on a worldwide basis. Mr. Cushman joined Cushman & Wakefield in New York in 1963 and opened an office in Los Angeles in 1967. Mr. Cushman and his brother founded Cushman Realty Corporation in 1978. He became Chairman of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., when Cushman Realty Corporation merged with Cushman & Wakefield in 2001. A respected Los Angeles community leader, he was appointed in 2004 by California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to the California Commission for Jobs and Economic Growth. Mr. Cushman was national president of the Boy Scouts of America and President of the Boy Scouts of America Foundation. He currently serves as a member of the Boy Scouts National Executive Board. Additionally, Mr. Cushman serves as Trustee Emeritus of Colgate University, is on the board of the Advisory Council of the University of Southern California LUSK Center for Real Estate, and is an honorary member of the Board of Fellows of Claremont University Center. He was formerly a director of the Claremont Graduate School and a member of the Advisory Board of Colorado University Boulder College of Business. Mr. Cushman is also a director of Callaway Golf Company.
 

Bernard Benson, CEO

Mr. Benson is an internationally-recognized expert in industrial plant productivity and engineering who has driven the application of “general purpose” computing technology and software in the construction materials industry. He was previously an executive with The Boeing Company, where he was recognized for technical excellence by NASA and the U.S. Air Force for contributions to the U.S. Space Shuttle and other programs involving space exploration and national defense. Mr. Benson is the former chief executive officer of BMG Corporation, which was acquired from the construction equipment division of Boeing, and of Seltec Corporation, which he purchased in 1990. His work and technical advances with both companies have profoundly transformed the asphalt, concrete and aggregate industries in North America. Mr. Benson is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.), and holds an MS degree in Engineering from the University of Washington in Seattle.
 

Adam Winnick, Founder and President

Mr. Winnick was most recently a Managing Director of Pacific Capital Group. Prior to PCG, Mr. Winnick founded and managed an investment firm, ITU Ventures, to commercialize technology emerging from the nation’s leading research universities. Mr. Winnick also spent several years on Wall Street at CIBC World Markets. He has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Tufts University. He is a Trustee of the California Science Center which provides a rare model for learning science.
 

Craig Yeack, Vice President of Technology

Craig Yeack is the former Global IT Director at Hanson PLC. Mr. Yeack joined Hanson in January 2006 to globalize IT operations spanning 1,600 locations in 14 countries. Prior to Hanson, Mr. Yeack held various roles at two independent software vendors serving the international mining and construction materials industry, where he led software development and professional service teams. From 2001 to December 2005 he worked with BMG Seltec, located in the San Francisco Bay area, as the Vice President of Services. From 1992 to 2001 he was Vice President, Integration Services, of Alkon. Mr. Yeack began his professional career at Battelle Memorial Institute, the world’s largest non-profit research laboratory. He holds a B.A. and M.S. in mechanical engineering from The Ohio State University.
 

Rich Haus, Director of Field Operations

Mr. Haus is responsible for the implementation and ongoing operation of iCrete’s solutions. Mr. Haus was most recently the President of the Solutions business unit at FiveCubits, a provider of supply chain solutions in the bulk construction material industry. Rich has nearly a decade of experience applying software and hardware technologies to the bulk construction materials industry.
 

Jack Holley, Director of Technical Services

Jack Holley has 35 years of experience in the design and control of concrete, from basic conventional mixes to the high performance concretes. He has received the Construction Practice Award, one of the highest honors bestowed by the American Concrete Institute. Mr. Holley worked nearly a quarter of a century for Lafarge, today the world’s largest cement producer. At Lafarge, Jack was a vice president and the seniormost executive in charge of quality assurance and new product development, a position he held for fourteen years. Before joining Lafarge, Mr. Holley was a senior consultant at Acres International and project manager for that company during their construction of several of the world’s largest hydroelectric projects in North America, Africa and India.
